complete c25k program

train up to jungkook routine
  • warmup: jumping jacks
  • 20 squats
  • 20 push ups
  • 20 jump squats
  • 20 pike push ups
  • 10 planks
  • 20 mountain climbers
  • 15 burpees
  • 20 crunches
  • 20 leg raises
  • 20 supermen


welcome in :) this is just my home base for exercising!
i like walking and para para dance. i'm eager to keep trying new exercises.




4/12/2021 walked on the trail for about 1 hour with my friend
4/13/2021 walked the trail by myself, the same route took about 30 mins but i was trying to keep my pace up
